From 12 August 2026, we will no longer offer shipping to other member states of the European Union.
This decision is due to new and existing extended producer responsibility requirements for packaging. Depending on the destination country, these rules may require additional registrations, reporting obligations, compliance contracts and, in some cases, the appointment of a local authorised representative.
For a small business with only a limited number of international shipments, these fixed administrative and annual costs are not economically proportionate to the actual shipping volume. At present, there is no practical small-business exemption or central EU-wide solution.
Orders with a delivery address in another EU member state outside Germany will therefore no longer be accepted and will be excluded during checkout.
Shipping within Germany and to available countries outside the European Union will remain possible.
We regret this restriction and hope to resume EU shipping once a financially viable solution for small businesses becomes available.
